Welcome to F & M – Flowers & More. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders & Confirmation
- All orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as agreed).
- Customized products (cakes, photo gifts, event décor, etc.) require order confirmation in advance.
- Customers must provide accurate details (delivery address, phone number, message text, photo upload, etc.). We are not responsible for issues caused due to incorrect information.
2. Customization Policy
- Customized items such as photo cakes, mugs, cushions, frames, and event decorations cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Uploaded images must be clear and high resolution. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-quality images provided by the customer.
- Minor variations in design, color, or arrangement may occur due to availability of materials.
3. Cakes & Perishable Products
- Cakes (including eggless and customized cakes) must be stored properly after delivery.
- We are not responsible for damage once the product has been delivered and accepted.
- Message on cake and message on card must be shared clearly at the time of order.
4. Flowers & Plants
- Flower arrangements may slightly vary depending on seasonal availability.
- Artificial flower arrangements may differ slightly from displayed images.
- Plants require proper care after delivery; maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delivery Policy
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order.
- Same-day delivery depends on availability and confirmation time.
- Delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, but we will try our best to inform you.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation must be requested before order preparation begins.
- Customized and perishable products are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
7. Event Bookings
- Event packages (Engagement, Wedding, Baby Shower, Car & Balloon Decoration) require advance booking and payment confirmation.
- Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges.
8. Pricing
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
