1. Delivery Areas
- We currently offer delivery within our serviceable locations.
- Delivery availability depends on the area and product type.
- For event decorations (Engagement, Wedding, Baby Shower, Car & Balloon Decoration), delivery and setup are available as per prior booking confirmation.
2. Delivery Timings
- Standard delivery is available during our working hours.
- Same-day delivery is subject to product availability and order confirmation time.
- Exact delivery time slots cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon.
3. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges may apply depending on the location and urgency of the order.
- Additional charges may apply for midnight, early morning, or fixed-time deliveries (if available).
4. Order Processing Time
- Standard products are usually processed shortly after order confirmation.
- Customized items (photo cakes, personalized gifts, special arrangements) require additional preparation time.
- Event bookings require advance confirmation and scheduling.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number, landmark).
- If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be handed over to a family member, neighbor, or security personnel.
- We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address, unreachable contact numbers, traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Product Handling
- Cakes and perishable products should be stored properly after delivery.
- Plants require proper care after delivery; maintenance is the customer’s responsibility.
- Once the product is delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Festivals and special occasions
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or logistical issues
