At F & M – Flowers & More, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products and customized gifts for your special moments. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Perishable Products (Flowers, Cakes, Chocolates, Plants)
- Due to the nature of perishable items, flowers, cakes, chocolates, and plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
- If the product is damaged at the time of delivery, customers must inform us within 2 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.
- After verification, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
2. Customized Products
Customized items including:
- Photo Cakes
- Custom Cakes
- Mugs, Sippers, Cushions, Photo Frames
- Artificial Flower Arrangements
- Box Arrangements
- Event Decorations
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
If there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side, please notify us within 24 hours with clear proof, and we will review the issue.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before preparation or production begins.
- Same-day delivery orders and customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.
4. Refund Process
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
- Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility will be determined after verification of the issue.
5. Event Bookings (Engagement, Wedding, Baby Shower, Car & Balloon Decoration)
- Event bookings require advance confirmation.
- Cancellation of event services must be informed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
- Advance payments for event services are non-refundable but may be adjusted for rescheduling (subject to availability).
6. Product Variations
- Flowers may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.
- Design, color, or decoration elements may slightly differ from images displayed on the website.
Such minor variations do not qualify for refunds.
